Masterfire Provide a Range of Services to Ireland's Largest Food Processing Company
Kerry Group is Ireland’s largest food processing company and a world leader in ingredients and flavour technology. Masterfire have successfully completed installation and maintenance projects in several of their facilities including Rye Valley foods, Carrickmacross.
The works at Rye Valley included the upgrade of the control and detection system along with the installation of Air Sampling in the production areas and a site wide Voice Alarm system. Air sampling is an excellent solution in production areas as it offers enhanced smoke detection in areas which are subject to high levels of hygiene and washdown. The Voice Alarm system ensures that there is no down-time in the event of an unwanted alarm by providing clear instructions through the cause & effect strategy.
